Doesn't make sense does it?

The way I used it was to pin it, then wait 20 minutes before eating. By taking it last thing at night I was able to just put up with the hunger (although I did give up after an hour and bury a huge bowl of oats and some whey occasionally).

Taking it during the day, which I did occasionally was hard work and a struggle to wait. But you need to wait to get the full effects.

I'm guessing that if you can wait while it works, then eating afterwards doesn't have too much of a detrimental effect. Obviously, some people use it to increase their appetite and just eat loads of food straight away and sod the growth hormone boost or the fat burning effect!
