Thanks for the advice, all great stuff.

Yea, when I last cut, I tried everything. Started just cutting calories, carbs mostly.

But I'd always get stuck.

I got down to almost 1500 calories a day and I was losing all my muscle.

I think I almost hit 155. I was like 165 when started. At the time I had built up a lot of belly fat, and some muscle.

So it was tough, because not only was I sapped of all energy, my body wasn't taking fat alone.

I do believe I have some things going for me this time.

First, I have you guys.

This site is a resource that's been invaluable to me.

Second, I have a much better base of muscle. I won't know for sure until I'm off cycle. Another few weeks I think. I was doing 12, but decided to stretch it the other 2-3. Either way my guess is I'll have a good 20 pounds of muscle that I didn't have before. If not more. I hope that helps with the getting body to use fat.

And lastly, I'll be in a much better anabolic situation. Test E, tren, and likely I'll use T3 or clen if I'm not successful doing without.

Thanks guys for the great advice.

I'll be sure to let everyone know what my plan is before launch, that way I can gain valuable feed back.

Post your diet

You mentioned ages ago in this thread that you might want to try peptides?

Since then I've used ghrp-2 and mod GRF 1-29, both at about 100iu last thing at night and am fairly convinced it helps shed fat. And without any of the side effects from clen or t3 etc.

Might be worth considering.

how did you find it without the mod grf to now with it
I have stash of GHRP-6 and now thinking should get the mod to go with it
wasn't bothered about what may or may not do was just going to give them try but hearing how you feel of just 100mcg makes me look forward to it
plans to start and twice day 100mcg then maybe move to 3 times day so 300mcg all in all

I know I was reasonably pleased without, but I also know I was VERY pleased with. I probably wouldn't bother without, so l suppose that tells what I really must think.

They say the ghrp-2 doesn't make you as hungry as the ghrp-6. If that really is the case then the 6 must make you starving. Which might make it harder to lose weight!

I was just gonna ask how a peptide that makes me eat more will help me lose fat. Lol!

I read about a peptide that helps turn the hard to burn belly fat into the easy to burn fat that usually accompanies the legs.

cheers good to have your info just before plan to start
looks like ill have to get some mod GRF then
also is it something you plan to do for long periods of time if not constant
as obv can help retain muscle when off too

and don't really plan to cut on it I was planning on switching it to 2 when cutting on it but am going to eat clean all way through bulk after xmas anyway

As far as I'm aware, based on what I've read, you can use peptides indefinitely, unlike actual growth which will eventually stop your own production. This is because growth hormone releasing peptides only stimulate your own production.

Bearing in mind my age, and the fact that due to this f*%king back injury I've hardly trained for the two months since I ended my cycle, I've retained probably all I gained on cycle. I know that's not a long time off, but I don't think I've lost anything except the unwanted stuff!

As for the mod-GRF it's supposed to double the benefit of the ghrp and I'd have to say I'm sure it does that and more.

It will be interesting to see what you think. I do remember having slight doubts about whether or not it was working for a few weeks and thinking I might as well use it now I've got it, but either it takes a while to really kick in or it was the addition of the mod-GRF that really made a difference.
