day off today, back feeling abit delicate this morning so staying off the extra cardio again.

yesterdays tea
piri piri chicken, onions, peppers and rice with small salad evening snack 3slices of wholemeal seeded bread with peanut butter liv52, glucosomine, cod liver oil, taurine and protein shake |
went out today early so abit out with my food again

late tea
4slices of wholemeal seeded bread with peanut butter, washed down with a protein shake made with 500ml milk liv52, glucosomine, cod liver oil, taurine and protein shake chest and tri's tomorrow also test jab in the morning |
500mg test E jab this mornin, the test seems to be helping at the moment with my workouts, cant wait for the deca aswell.
