its going well thanks, the only trouble i have is not having a training partner to give me that extra push now and again.
although 'ogy' who is on here has said he will try and get to the gym at the same time as me to give me abit of a push, as we go to the same gym. i've got alot of bloat from the test which i'm abit pissed about, but i can live with it....lol but cant wait till later in the cycle when the equip gets to work:D |

breakfast
3 cups of oats, 5 eggs and 1 yolk with a handful of raisins, cup of tea. then a protein shake with 500ml of milk just before i set off to the office. 3km walk to the office. midmorning snack 4slices wholemeal bread, 200gm ham lunch jacket potato, beef chilli, salad afternoon snack protein shake with 500ml of milk 3km walk home tea brown rice & white rice, half roast chicken |
evening snack
3slices of wholemeal seeded bread with peanut butter had my liv52, glucosomine, cod liver oil, taurine and just about to have a protein shake then bed. equip jab in the morn, cant go to the gym in the mornin for cardio i've got a wedding to do, so gotta get the car ready and tidy, then myself.....lol then shoulders and legs tomorrow night hopefully get somemore personal bests knocked out, cant wait:eek: |
