Yes when I can, but sometimes (rarely) when I am in a hurry, say, my friends are expecting me somewhere or I have work soon, I sometimes just do really quick stretches, psyche up, then get right on the weights.

I often warm up but tend to neglect warming down as i am usually fcuked!

I warm up all the time , but I don't warm down
I believe that warming down is much less important than warming up

Never.


I dont feel as strong if i waste my energy on cardio 1st.


I usually do cardio on 2 out of 3 off days though.
