Default Damn pinched nerve!

Top section of my back, between the area where your shoulder blades protrude. Doing shoulders and some back exercises, its like an electric shock when it gets pinched. Hate it...makes me work around certain exercises. Anyone else have this problem? Chiropractor was absolutely useless. Need some direction.

Iboprophen and ice is about all you can do. I would find a new chiropractor though.

Actually find alleve to work better than ibuprofen. Yet, it doesn't hurt after working out only during so the ice is essentially useless. Perhaps another chiro, nothing to lose other than this pain, hopefully.

IMO, chiropractors are useless. I went to a few, had adjustments, neck cracked and all the other nonsensical 'procedures'. Long story short, I ended up with the same pain I had (nasty upper shoulder blade pain) when I initially started.
I decided to go to a really good masseuse (strong Asian chick) and got unbelievable relief on a one and only one 20 minute deep tissue massage.
That as about a year ago. Never had to go back.

I did NOT have a nerve issue, though. I'm just saying I don't believe in chiropractors.

A strong Asian chick can always find a way to bring relief! :sly:
