Chest and Biceps

Warm up - Bench press 3 x 10, 2 and 2

Bench Press: 3 x 6, 6 and 7

Incline Bench Press: 2 x 6 and 7

Dips: 2 x to failure

Preacher curls: 3 x 6, 6 and 8

Dumbell curls: 2 x 6

All where done as drop sets.
