Legs

Warm up: Leg press - 3 x 10, 2, 2

Leg Press: 2 x 6

Hack squat: 3 x 10

Leg extension: 3 x 12

Leg curl: 2 x 8

Pulled my calf muscle while doing leg presses, thats why there's only 2 sets!
And shit it hurts!

Next shot - 250mg of Testoviron, 200mg Tren Enanthate.
