Ingredients:
oat 100 Gr.
2 large bananas.
300ml of milk.



Preparation:
To make it easy to take this shake follow the steps I will indicate below:
1) Put the 100 Gs. oats in a blender and process until finely ground cereal.
2) Cut a banana into small pieces and add the milk.
3) Blend
4) Add the second banana and blend again
(According to the liquid consistency add more milk or a touch of vanilla yogurt.)
5) If you want you can also add one or two tablespoons of cocoa powder.
