Had a nice delt/push pump workout last night.

Lateral Raises
10 x 20
25 x 20
30 x 20
35 x 15

Neutralgrip DB shoulder press
45 x 10
55 x 10
55 x 10

Bench Press
135 x 12
185 x 10
185 x 9

Gradually getting stronger, more muscular and leaner. My recovery is becoming so efficient that it's hard to adhere to a planned workout schedule because I just feel like training all the time!
