I hit legs today. I hate legs but must give 110% def my weakest body part. I did
Bb squats135 x 15
225 x12
315 x 5

Lunges
30 x 12
35 x 10
40 x 8

Leg extensions
145 x 15
175 x 10
190 x 7

Hammy curls
115 x 15
130 x 12
145 x 10

7 sets of different calf raise exercises
