An excellent article. Sums up just everything about fat loss.

Also, the only macro that has no effect on insulin levels (the fat storage hormone) is fat. So eat the stuff. It fills you up, keeps your metabolism high and helps the body perform so many essential tasks.

And bear in mind that all the above is for cutting, not bulking. You'll need to spike your insulin to bulk.
