Good old aspirin! Always amuses me when yet another new study reveals the it may have anti cancer properties or that it may protect the liver from drug use, alcohol abuse and just about anything else.

I remember more or less arguing with a doctor about all this 20 odd years ago. With his blinkers firmly in place all he banged on about was that it might cause stomach bleeds.

I've been taking low dose aspirin on and off for decades and I'm fine, thank you doc!
