Bit of a meal plan change today. Dropped the ezekial bread , moved my 11:30 protein and rice meal to Preworkout. Switched to protein and rice meal for two cans of tuna in water, 11:30 meal now. I use a bit of onion, spicy mustard, old Bay, cayan pepper and season salt in my tuna.
