Seriously mate. Look it up. The stuff is magic. Got to be undenatured or not treated at high temperature (pasturised) to keep most of the health benefits.

Apparently, truly undenatured whey is unflavoured and not easily mixed, which puts most people off buying undenatured.

I've been using unflavoured whey concentrate for about 30 years now, long before I knew what undenatured was. Pure luck on my part I suppose. Although to be honest, it was cheaper than isolate and all the other supposedly premium powders.
