you can if you wish, my doctor put me on HRT, my doses are 400mg/EW, but you really only need 200mgs/EW, personally at your age (not saying your old), I would try HGH, IMO you would benefit lots from it, not only will it help with your goal but it will make you feel GREAT and its awsome for your skin as well as overall health, do a search on it
