witch eazy talking about people who curl in squat rack

one i see all too oftern is on incline press they lift wieghts way to heavy and have to push hard on feet witch when look at them there body is flat as no longer on bench basically turns it into flat bench hard to explain what mean really
also
the half reppers on the bench with mate spotting every rep you kow they go from lock out arms to 6-7 inches above chest i think its almost a tricep workout and then wonder why there chest dont grow if going to do half rep do bottom half
then
the dumbell curler thats swings hes whole body just to get them up
all these lifts are done by the ego lifters
it aint about how much you can lift its about how much you look like you can lift lmao
