i have when i use to shoot meth... Had to hold onto the vain and squeeze out the broken part.. Its can be very dangerous.. And if ur using needles to shoot gear with and one of thise breaks off,, then u need to get a better brand or simple use a lower gauge 23 its the best i think.. But like the pain tht comes with it..
