In my opinion any form of diet pill that is avalable over the counter will not work! The only ones that do work are the ones that have to be prescribed by a doctor but there is no need to take these medications!
As said above, sort you diet, eat six times a day in small healthy quantities make sure you train and exercise regularly and the fat will come off!
