but from what i know isnt tht just sodium tht there sweating out which really dosnt help much because they put it right back on when they eat.. and the only time i believe tht u should sweat like tht is before a show so to thin out ur skin.. for striation detail & tie-ins.. in order to truly burn fat ur THR has to be a a certian level of stress in order to burn fat cells...
