Last year when I dropped 50 lbs and gained about 20 lbs of muscle everyone asked me how much 'work' it was? The funny part is, it wasn't much work at all. Most of us enjoy the gym, enjoy the workouts, enjoy the pain that comes with it. What it was actually was a metric ton of willpower to keep my diet in check for 9 months straight. Anyone can go to the gym and have intense workouts but it is infinitely harder for most of us to keep our diets right.

Now I plan out all my meals on Sunday, have them prepared for the week and I find myself again dropping the pounds quickly. But I can't just wing it, I either stick to what I planned or I fall flat on my face.
