remember though, comparing amounts is never wise to do. what someone uses is not always what is effective

the most simple way is to start at a certain amount
get the most out of it. bleed it dry. when you cannot progress, increase
increase food, training, gear, all of the above whatever.

following someone else strategy is a recipe for failure. people jump up too fast, and never get what they can out of 500-750-1000 etc.

plus goals are different, so how can anyone really follow anybody else's plan unless they have the same exact goals and the same structure. And even that doesnt really mean much as 2 individuals who do the same thing will look totally different
Plus everybody lies about how they use or how much they lift, or how little cardio they do, so how do you really know what is truth
