Here is a scorecard for achieving your goals in cutting.
This scorecard will help you.
For each task you did you will receive 5 points.
Example:
Did today cardio: 5 points
Did not eat carbs after 18.00 PM - 5 points
So log in daily/weekly and write what you did.
Having pics will be even better.
If you want to create a separate thread with pics and log that will be amazing.
