4 Months you would not lift, you would just do cardio. Then Next 4 you would lift heavy and gain what you can. Then the last 4 you would lift to tone and cut, dumbell work and free weights.

Cardio machines to Deadlifts, Curling and Sqauts. To Free Weights. Im talking to a guy from Germany and he talks about this saying this is how he trains people to be elite, he showed me pics of the people he works with and they have really good builds to them, i just find it very different.
