Default Eazy Tip for "balance and symmetry"

Important Training Tip for "balance and symmetry": When you are in the gym, ensure you sit or lean as straight and equally as possible on the various machines/benches etc. Pay particular attention that you are not leaning to one side or your body is not more on one side of the bench than the other. You would be surprised at just how many people do not sit or rest properly on various benches and machinery. Not paying attention can ruin your body's symmetry. For example, if whilst doing seated shoulder press you are more to one side (i.e. your spine is not dead centre with the bench), you will find one of your shoulders working more and one less! This will have an impact on the look of your body. Pay attention.
