Default Chest day today

incl press smith mach: 185, 225, 245, 245 then drop to 225, 185 for 8;'s

giant sets:

free motion mach seated press: 80 for 10
incl dumb: 60 for 10
mach press for 10
pec fly 10's

all done as one giant set, no rest...

4 times....

DONE>...... great workout pump crazy...

no cardio....
weight 218....

diet is 100 g carbs daily for 3 days then 4th day up to 500g... cant wait,...
