Default Holds

Hey Bros

Thought I would tell you guys about a new training technique I have been using.

I have been incorporating a hold technique. You can do this on any exercise and it will hit different muscle fibers. Great for shocking the muscles.

So here it is, say you want to do some squats. You will have to go lighter weight then you are use to. Come down until your quads are parallel to the floor. Hold. Try to hold for 1 min. If you have never done this it’s going to be hell. Try to beat your previous hold time the next time you do this.

Another great one is biceps curls, hold the weight half way up so your bi's are engaged and hold. or shoulder fly’s, hold at the top.

But really you can do this with any exercise.

Hope you guys try this one out, let me know how it goes if you do

Jon
