Warm up - Uni lateral leg press 3 x 20, 20 and 15

Uni lateral leg press: 5 x 15, 12, 10, 8 and 6

Leg extensions: 4 x 15, 12, 10 and 8

Seated leg curls: 4 x 15, 12, 10 and 6
