Dead lifts

Standing rows

Standing db curls

Standing lat pull downs (rope)

Incline bench curls

Sit and rows close grip

Sitting latpull down

curl machine
3*14

I'm getting great pumps right now. Can't wait for chest and tris tomorrow!!! I also think I will get the chance to work my legs my knee is feeln a little better.
