Chest and tri's

Bench press machine
4*10-8-8-6

Overhead tricep extension
5*10-10-10-10-6(had to get interesting used the 100lb dumb and balanced a 10 lb plate on top)

Db flys
3*10-8-8

db skull crushers
3*10-8-9

Cable flys(starting hi and ending low)
3*10

tricep push down(flat bar)
3*10-10-8

Cable flies (starting below the shoulder an finishing in front of face)
3*10-10-8

Reverse grip one hand tricep pull down
3*10

Close grip bench press
3*10-8-6

I had an amazing work out. Felt like a monster in the gym I did not want to leave. Loving life right now.
