Right so here is my most recent picture :-



my stats at the minute are 11st 7 , 5foot 6/7 and 13.8%bf

my routine is ....

mon

4 x 8 Lunges
4 x 8 Bench Press
4 x 8 Pullups
4 x 8 Military Press
4 x 8 Barbell Curls
4 x 8 Ab crunches

wed

4 x 8 Deadlifts
4 x 8 Bent Over Rows
4 x 8 Dumbbell Incline Bench Press
4 x 8 Lateral Raises
4 x 8 Dumbbell Tricep Extensions
4 x 8 Hammer Curls

Friday

3 x 12 Lunges
3 x 12 Dips
3 x 12 Chin-ups
3 x 12 Push Ups
3 x 12 Seated Calf Raises
3 x 12 Ab Crunches

ill also be doing cardio , 10 min cross trainer every morning before breakfast , 20min at night on tue n thurs and 10min before training , 10 min after training on mon , wed , friday.
Weekends will be completly off ....
