Sorry this is kind of a late response. Optimum Gold Standard Whey is one of the best on the market- almost 80% whey iso and cheaper than alot of the other stuff out there-
low in fat and cholestrol - plus it mixes easier than anything i've used before-

if you've never used it- definitely worth a shot

My father has just started taking there whey , ive tried a shake and it tastes great , ill let you know how he gets on with it soon :)

yeah he works out , he got ill and had high blood pressure but now he is fine and trains 3 times a week he is getting his old shape back and is lookin good !

As for protein he was stealing mine everytime he visited me !! thats why i told him about optimum nutrition hahah

Love em. Tried everything from the aminos to glod standard whey to serious mass weight gainer and dig it all.

I've had that brand before. It's really quite good! However, I've seen many off-brands that were very similar to it. Therefore, I got the same product for a cheaper price. Of course, when I DO have the money, I like to get the name brand and support the official provider. :cool:

what off brands do you find at cheaper prices? i have always found optimum to be one of the cheaper for the quality- let me know
