flour tortilla wrap with 2 eggs, 4 oz ground beef 2 asparagus speers, 1 oz cheese
snack
hard boiled egg
lunch
4 oz ground beef with a egg over easy on top
snack
hard boiled egg
dinner
6 oz salmon over green beans
snack
hard boiled egg
Warsteiner Dunkle Beer (1)

supplements
mega men vitamins
creatine drink
1 cap taurine
1 cap milk thistle

workout
shoulders
seated military press 3 sets of 10 in rack
dumb bell side raises 3 sets of 10
front raises 3 sets of 10
hammer strength jammer shoulder presses ( single side at a time) 3 sets of 10

gear
50 mg t-3

cardio
30 mins early morning before breakfast
walked 5 miles this evening at a very fast pace

This is Friday and its date night for me and the wife. Grilled shrimp salad at the local restaurant, chip s and guacamole and a bottle of prosecco.

leg day
squats 3 set of 10
machine leg extensions 3 drop sets to failure
machine leg curls 3 drop sets to failure
30 mins sauna
30 mins tanning bed ( there is a reason)
cardio 30 mins morning before breakfast and 30 mins nighttime after workout

Logs are going to change for the next three weeks
Im on the island of St martin French West Indies and the logs will all be combined here fore the time period. They will basically be the same day to day

Diet
Breakfast
poached eggs or eggs Benedict.
Champagne and orange juice

Lunch
Something at one of the great restaurants
snack
several Carib beers
at least one Mai tai

Dinner
Escargot and a great dinner
more champagne and a couple of after dinner glasses of port

Workout
swimming, scuba diving, ocean kayaking ,

Supplements
1 cap Taurine
1 cap milk thistle
2 mega men vitamins
lots of vitamin D (laying in sun with the beach runner bringing more beer when I run out)
occasional Viagra

gear
could not take any with me

cardio
sex, sex, and uh, oh yeah, more sex.

heavy curls pumping on a sport fishing rod, damn heavy fish
felt like the pump i get from lifting but it really wore out my forearm too

it was about 8 Bonita and a few skip jacks all around 20 pounds Nothing to big but still a workout;
