Default Water Retention tip

Thing about water... many clients I coach keep telling me they're holding water in their midsection as they get closer to contest and sometimes it is water retention.
Often times it's not. Here's what to do. You've got to measure your skinfolds around your bellybutton. Vertical fold about an inch to the right or left. Also measure around the supra iliac -love handle area slightly above hip bone, in towards the midline). Should be 3-4 mm. At that point you're shredded and water is no worry at all to take out (easy). If it's more, its bodyfat.

No need for diuretics at this point - focus on high protein and take vitamin B6 with 2 or 3 of your meals.

but what's the importance of vir b6 then ?

Vitamin B6 is the water soluble vitamin. This means that every time you urinate this vitamin is excreted out of your system.
It is due to this reason that you need to continuously provide supplies to your body for this vitamin. It is very important.

Vitamin B6 is responsible for conversion of protein into energy.
It is also required for metabolism of carbohydrates and fats.
