Default Spillover!!

Spillover - more than likely, someone carbs up too much or with "junky" carbs. They look soft and hold water.

You want to *finish* your carb up *before* friday when timed correctly. If you're one of those guys who battle keeping under a certain weight for a class and continue a carb-up after weight ins, you're doing it ass backwards.

On friday, you should be dialed in pretty damn good already. Friday, you should be holding on to your physique and maintaining.

Friday is the day competitors panic if they don't look just right - then they cram carbs and pop lasix to "fix" things.

Too much diuretic could keep you flat.

amen to this.^^^^^
I carb load the sunday b4. @1500 grams, that is it
maybe...., maybe some dry carbs couple hours b4 prejudge, but I usually fight that urge.

Hell look at Jay on thursday (bathroom pic), and then look on Fri and Sat. WTH happened. panic w/ the food, panic that phil's arms are too cartoonish so a little seo, or something water based, and a smooth, bruised, undeserved second place!!!
