3 important things to do for fat loss in 2018 (without steroids) -

Many times I get questions like which steroids/products/cycles to use to achieve fat loss.
Well, there are 3 more important things which you MUST do firstly before thinking about steroid cycles or any fat loss products and here they are.
If you are not doing these do not do any roids/t3/t4/clen or whatever you have in mind. Do things right and you will get where you want to get.
So far we have the goal to burn fat and get a lean look. Ok, in order to achieve this, we need a plan and here is what we will do:
1. Clean water. 2,5L per day. Most important is when you get up in the morning first thing is drink 1 glass of warm water then coffee or tea or whatever you drhink and then another glass of warm water.
2. Cardio. Most important thing which helps body naturally burn fat. Do it every single day! 60 minutes per day is a minimum for you. You can do it after gym workout and in the morning on empty stomach but please DO IT!
3. Workout. better it be one with super-sets and here is one I used for fat loss and getting cut goal:

Follow this workout for next 2 months then switch back to yours.
