saw a picture pop up in memories on facebook from two years ago and compared it to a pic id took week or so ago
and its good to see the change
its hard to see the changes you make when you see yourself every day but when compare to old pictures you can see the hard work has paid off



I still have that vest top but I cant get in it now its so tight
delts have come on so much too rear esp I know cant see then good due to light in this pic
