Back to the gym - erich1b - 03-11-2017

First post back here in a long time. To keep it short, l had a lower back fusion about two years ago for chronic pain. The fusion did nothing for the pain and I was prescribed some pretty potent pain medication. Time went by and I was no better off, and further out of shape. So, three months ago I got off the pain pills and back to the gym. Still in a good bit of pain but doing better overall. Already gained back 25 pounds. Will be back here more often and posting.
