Before you head out the door, Lambert says you should neck a single shot of matcha , a concentrated tea that the Journal of Chromatology found contains 137 times more catechins than normal green tea. The Amercian Society for Clinical Nutrition found the stuff contained in matcha, a catechin called EGCG, increases 24 hour energy expenditure and burns fat. Give health another shot.
