Let's discuss about supplements we use. I am using now, Trib-650 and Elite Whey Protein by Dymatize.
Also vitamins E, C and Fish Oil, but I use these almost during all year so they are constant in my nutrition.

I use, Reflex Instant Whey, vitamin C and B12, Glucosamine, Glutamine, Caffiene, Fish oils, Vit B complex, Multi Vits and CNP protein bars.

I only use "Whey Protein Concentrate 82% (Instantised)" :p
However, I do sometimes buy the CNP Protein bars when im in town and its "protein time"

Now I have a part time job I should maybe try some more supps
