doing my research on posing and come across this vid its art dont get it like that anymore

also for those who have competed
how did you go about posing did you self teach have friend or pay for someone to teach
you tube makes self teaching ok but some people cant pull off curtian poses very good so its hard to loom and say nah i dont look good doing that

like this pose from a young lee priest if dont have killer arms then dont think about it

Couldn't get the video but I had a friend help me a lot with it and it was a ton of work to get it down. Frank Zane I always thought was great at posing
