for me it's HG, I havent used many UGL and the ones that I did use it felt underdosed

There's too many ugls to list as for the best I'd say
Dbol- blue hearts and the old rivort b if the spelling is right
Drol- green BD
Test e- pretty much test is test but I had a batch of omnadrens years ago that were amazing
All the old mex gear was good I wasn't too happy with brovel but syd,tt,and the other's were ok
As for gh I've run humatrope,nutropin aq,and every generic there has been nutropin was by far the best as for generics rips were ok but grey tops are high as on recently
All ugls have good and bad and as said there's too many shit a new one pops up ed some kid gets powder doesn't even test it makes it in his bathroom and boom a new lab so not much to say on that front just my 2cents

Agree I've known many on a personal level and most don't test powders nor have any real lab equipment besides bath tub brew gear most can't make suspensions so you'll see winny and test s in oil and most corals are capped or in a liquid solution
