I will up date this thread everytime I add new tunes to my playlist for the gym, I listen to ALL music but in the gym I ONLY listen to HEAVY stuff and fast pace tunes, so no rap, no R&B and no slow songs, feel free to add to this thread

I need my tunes when training, its a must for me, it helps me get into the zone
