Nice to reflect on progress
So dug old pic out from sept 2012 it's about 3 years ago and look crap but been lifting over year and at the time I thought I looked great but good to show what progress time and hard work can do

I've said it before but the improvement is immense. Hard work and training definitely pay off. And diet!
