You know sometimes youâre just too busy making gains and forget a shaker or 2 in the car, and it sits there for a while. Like a while while. We all know how terrible this is, because someones got to open it and clean it. But even after that it usually still smells, so normally you would just say f*ck it and go buy a new shaker, right?
Lemon juice and washing up liquid is the cure

Soap and water, and then you hit is with some distilled vinegar and a splash of vanilla extract, so it doesn't keep tasting like crap. That is what I do anyway.

Soaked a shaker in lemon juice today and I'd say it's worked. Wasn't as rank as some I've chucked, but I can see it working on a stinker too!
