What is your favourite muscle/muscle group to work? And why?what muscle/muscle group are you most proud of (aesthetically or for athletic ability)? And why?

After years of back problems eg slipped discs and other problems I now work my back harder than any other body part.
I'm getting a bit elderly now, sob, and due to some sort of ongoing injury to my chest and shoulders I just can't do pull ups or up my weight on the bench press by any substantial amount, so I just do all sorts of rows. Seated, bent over, one arm dumbbells . . . I love em.
For the same reasons I've started squatting a lot more and a lot heavier. I'm starting to see why people get so obsessed with squatting!
My favourite muscle group though is my back, because that's where I've made most progress and even at my age still continue to make progress.

How many times are you going ask this question??
Favourite muscle group to train:
All of them, I train to be as big as I can be therefore I train each muscle group with equal intensity.
Having a favourite muscle group would suggest that you train that particular muscle group harder than other groups purely because you like training that body part.

All my muscle groups are my favorite to train! I love doing compound lifts the most though like clean and presses and deadlifts.
I would say I am most proud of my traps. Love some thick necks
