So, what do you think your caloric intake will be today?

My guess would be around the 4000 range for myself.

4k+ is what I am hoping for. I am having a hard time keeping on weight this cycle. I am already at about 1500 for the day minus the shake I am about to pound.

I guesstimate I hit maybe 2500 including the bowl of grape nuts I just inhaled. Food at the in-laws was not very good and took every ounce of kindness I have in me to even let it pass my lips.

My bad practice wasn't so much the meal. I snacked myself to death from the time I woke up until I went to bed. I must have consumed my body weight in summer sausage.
