How many injection sites do you work with ?

I used to do left shoulder, Right thigh, Left Thigh, left Glute

Now i can only do my Right and Left Thighs and Left shoulder, cant reach around anymore.

I've done up to 5ml in each thigh but normally 3 or 4ml

Awesome. I always been nervous of doing more then 1.5ml. I am going to bump that though, 2.5 or 3.

I just use my bum lol thighs an be a bitch to get it right don't like it and shoulders depending on the gear/brand used and how you body takes it can be very sore or cause some swelling making it harder to train them also depends how much your using as well I guess
