i have one of them wieght bench sets at home and have one at work but dont use them unless cant get to gym for my normal routeen
and there not that bad to workout with but cant beat going to the gym

Yeah, it wont replace gym but help you get some pump.

I keep a bench with bar and about 200lbs in weights for it. Forearm machine, jump rope, treadmill, dumbells and curlbar. I use them mostly in the winter when i can not get to the gym. It snows crazy up here in the winter.

these are handy things to have around my partners hasnt hads time to go gym for few weeks but hasnt missed one workout due to having home wieghts
