For all those guys who want to buy from gbnstore.top i recommend then, the outside package was bad but the inside package was in perfect condiction. I order everything on march 15, 2013 and i got them yesterday april 6, 2013 great stuff. Thanks GBN, Huge Tom and Staff

Any tips you'll can give me will be good this is the first time I'm using this, any training schedule or something... I be doing it on my own but If you'll can help for better result THANKS

Test is used at 500mg/week for 10-12 weeks.
Better to split shots into two. 1ml on Monday and 1ml on Thursday.

Regarding training - stick to 4 days workout routine.
Day 1 -legs, day 2- arms, day 3 off, day 4 back and posterior day 5; chest and lateral deltoids.
Stick to basic exercises like: squats,bench press, deadlifts. Basic exercises must be done at a range of 8 reps in last set where last 3 reps must be very hard. Increase weight each 2 weeks.
